Our services provide day, evening and overnight care, 7 days a week. We also operate an Adult Rehab/Day Care Centre on weekdays.
Our service provides assistance for the elderly, post operative clients, convalescing and palliative care. Services may include: personal care, household tasks such as cooking meals, shopping and outings.

Platinum Community Care was established by a mother and daughter team, Monica and Megan work closely together with staff to ensure the best outcomes for each client.
